Family Pictures taken in our Home by Khand Tenney

A beautiful blue-sky day

Cub Scout Hike today in Andover, Massachusetts
This is a large sundial

You can see the skyline of BOSTON from up on this hill.

The sky was the most amazing blue today

Back home at our property.......

 Scott and Oliver the Trailblazers
Scott is going to build up the bank here and put a bridge across

Our huge baldfaced hornets nest

The boys making a new trail

The boys got to go to "Launch" for a birthday party

After a busy, active day, we visited the ward Trunk or Treat for a short hour ....Whew!

Yesterday......I love seeing my tax dollars put to good use.
They trimmed up all the trees away from the power lines.

Yes, we still have above ground power lines in New Hampshire.....and well water.....and private sewage (which also means no disposal in the kitchen sink).  A lot of people have oil heating.  We have gas with pushed water heating.

Also, not uncommon around here, is to have no Air Conditioning.  We have no ducts or vents to install central air.  We just use a couple of window units and ceiling fans.

Not something people out west are used to, so I thought you might find that interesting.
We are out really out in the country around here!

Lowell National Historical Park

First time mommy let me have a food free-for-all

 Lowell National Historical Park
Reconstructed Trolley from 1905 we got to ride in

 Spontaneous Bratwurst dinner
Occasionally the boys' bus driver gives the kids free ice cream from her ice cream truck.

Beautiful Fall morning

This is the "My mom made me go on a hike" face.

Playing on the driveway, waiting for the boys to come home on the bus

Full Swing Fall

The Fall colors are in full swing.
Although.....everyone agrees that they are not quite as spectacular as they were last year.

Even still, the weather is just perfect outside.  The mosquitos are gone.
The hiking is lovely.

Cora says "I am higher in a branch!"
She hasn't quite got the famous Parker phrase down:
"I'm higher than a thin branch!"

Cora and her castle.

I tried to teach Cora how to take a photo on my phone.  Her first attempt wasn't bad. :)

Cora as Alice in wonderland with the Princesses at the Harvest Fest.

I wath leavin' a drawin' for my fairieth"

PS - we are all getting a great education of what poison ivy looks like!
