So we had a nice blizzard last Saturday. Katie and the boys went skiing, while me and the little ones built a snow cave. When the boys got home, they built a snow-wall between the sheds for an epic snowball fight.
It was a lot of shoveling: pretty much made my snowblower obsolete!
In the end though: to have everyone go to bed tired is a sign of a good weekend:) Maybe we'll have them sleep in it one of these warmer nights so that they can say they've slept in a snow cave as a badge of honor!
This is the produce section right before the storm. Not exactly cleaned out like during Covid, but apparently one needs a good supply of bananas to make it through a winter blizzard!
