The New Place

So, our apartment here is really lovely!  When we left Ann Arbor, we left our apartment more clean than it ever has been.  We did a huge spring cleaning, moving all the furniture, cleaning out all the closets, drawers, etc, and even scrubbed out the trash cans.  

We were preparing ourselves that the apartment here could be bad, since we were renting it sight unseen.  We feel super-lucky that the apartment is perfectly cleaned and organized, and the wonderful people we are renting from are sweet, generous people who have been very helpful.

 This is the view from the living room.  We also get to hear the church bells throughout the day.  Timmy likes the church with the "flower" on it, and Aaron likes to look at the "church bells."

 The boys and I have been spending a lot of time in the stroller and bus.  There is lots to see in Aachen and we plan to see it all!
