I started working out seriously a few weeks ago. Going well, until I pulled my neck tonight.
Hope it's not going to slow me down.

There was an ice cream social at Aaron's school while Scott was out of town.
It was early enough, so I took the kids. It was super-hot (inside and out), but worked out well.
