It was the trip of a lifetime! 5 days, 4 nights in beautiful Playa de Carmen at the XCaret Hotel and Parks with my parents and fantastic siblings and their spouses.
Mom and Dad are celebrating 50 wonderful years of marriage this year!
They deserved to be celebrated!
Scott Parker had the great idea that we should reenact the Cancun Trip that Mom and Dad did with Grandmother and Grandfather Parker and the Parker Siblings back in the 90s.
We considered other locations, but ended up really interested in this particular hotel.
It was phenomenal!
I've never done the "all inclusive" resort with all the food included before, and this was TIMES TWO, because all the entertainment was included in the room too!
